  im not an atheist, makes no mathematical sense, nor does the buy(more) bull(shit) god make any logical sense... maybe a deist on my best day, in the end you cannot get something from nothing, paradox if you ask me... but in reality i just dont care.

  while in, and moving out of the cult, its like a roller coaster, emotionally, yet, for me, over time, i just take it one day at a time, and if appeasing some special deity is required, well i guess i failed.

  Saying it's true because it's true is circular. Are you intending to say that the rules of logic are just a property of the universe? You still haven't answered my fair question as to why you have such confidence in the laws of logic in a chance & meaningless universe.

  Don't you want to present a logical and reasonable alternantive to "superstitions" as you put it?
  

  How does a physical chance universe produce things that are non-physical (like reasoning) and things that are imperviouse to chance?
  
  Is a consistent worldview even important to you ?

  How logical is that?

  Your first sentence is describing the law of non-contradiction. As a Christian, I can makes sense of this law becasue 2 Timothy 2: 13 says God cannot deny himself. Laws of logic are simply a description of how God thinks. Since I am made in his image, it follows that I possess certain preconditions of intelligibility to perceive these laws.

  But, how do you know that laws of logic are true everywhere, at all places for all observers? How do chemical accidents like us even recognize these laws? The problem gets bigger when examining why you assume these laws are not subject to chance, location and perception. Have you been everywhere to verify your truth statement? Have you checked out all chance universes to verify this?

  Your assumption of universality has no basis, and so your confidence is not consistent with your worldview.
  
  You may not acknowledge God like I do, but at least my worldview is consistent.

  I'm not trying to be difficult with you. It is a fair question with no assumptions. I'm attempting to find the source for your confidence in the rules of logic in a chance, meaningless and disinterested universe.

  How did the rules of logic that you put great confidence in arrive for you and I to use?

  in answer to why i think jehovahs witnesses are on the decline which is denied by some......... and highlighting bigger emerging issues of our humanity under threat.. firstly i think this faith is on the decline partly because adherents who claim to have a strong faith i believe, is actually tenuous, extremely fragile and porous far from watertight.. most jw's are hanging on because the alternative is more frightening.. the new reality dictates that there is a real depopulation agenda set by the elites to destroy and control humanity.. covid, the vaccines and lockdowns brought this reality home in a tangible way.

  the climate change narrative, the talk about 15 minute cities, digital currency, alien sighting, food supply control, weather control, health control and natural resource control all point to wef, un and who agendas that can't be dismissed as conspiracy theories any more.. the actual scene of the world is really changing in a dramatic way.. the push for trans-humanism is not fiction.

  the covid 19 vaccine is evidence of biowarfare and that through the mrna technology they are bent on changing our very dna.

  from this it is clearly seen that the editor and publisher of zion’s watch tower disavowed any claim to being individually, in his person, that “faithful and wise servant.” he never did claim to be such,” (“god’s kingdom of a thousand years has approached,” 1973, p. 346).. this contradicts watchtower december 1, 1919, p. 357 where the watchtower states russell did in fact claim to be the faithful and discreet slave.

  “thousands of the readers of pastor russell’s writings believe that he filled the office of ‘that faithful and wise servant,’ and that his great work was giving to the household of faith meat in due season.

  his modesty and humility precluded him from openly claiming this title, but he admitted as much in private conversation,” (watchtower, dec. 1, 1919, p. 357).. russell founder of the wts, called himself "god's mouthpiece" (wt 1906 july 15 p. 229) and stated that if didn't speak ... the stones would cry out.

  This got posted when I reached my limit and posted a couple times trying to figure out why it wasn't posting. First post here.

  I agree Anony Mouse. He was a master at false humility. He also encouraged people to leave their estates to him when they died. It is well known that he had multiple shell corporations that he used to hide income and avoid paying alimony to his wife.... all the while claiming he only drew a salary of $11 a month.
  
  In Christian circles, there is a saying: "If you want to know if you are a good Christian, Ask your wife." (or spouse). Well, she couldn't live with him. He was a supreme grifter who believed his own BS.... a narcissistic nut case with a Messiah complex.

  Note: The WT reference in the OP where they state he presented himself in private as prophesied in scripture as THE One and Only F&DS is : Dec. 1, 1916 pg. 357 (not 1919)
